AC Vivid FUSE brief
No thrills, Bubble Butt briefs
The nice guys at VOCLA.com have sent me a couple of pairs of briefs to review so here is the first, The Vivid FUSE Brief in Blueberry Crush from the one and only Andrew Christian.
These briefs look pretty kewl on the pages of a website and the models wearing them and to be completely honest I'd thought about getting a pair a few times, but I've just not got around to it yet.
Opening the little bag they came in I was quite excited to put them on as they seemed just my kind of briefs …. not to big at the sides with a nice comfy looking waistband with the Andrew Christian name emblazoned all the way around (ya can't beat a great looking waistband peeping out above a pair of jeans), but picking them up I though to my self that these aren't going to be what I'd hoped they would be, as the cotton wasn't very stretchy! I suppose I should have worked that one out as they are advertised as 100% cotton.
However all was not lost …. as you pull the FUSE Brief on they do feel good and I have to say they look darn good as well … but the crowning glory here is that they really do accentuate your 'BUM'! YES, guys … with out any kind of jock strapping or hidden 'BUTT' lifting technics they do have this magic touch of making your behind look almost 'Bubble Butt' in appearance! Well, at least that's what I've been told and even to me they did!
So 'briefsters' if you want a nice looking 'BUM' get yourself a pair of these!
But buy them from VOCLA.com, especially if your in the UK!
I was a bit disappointed not only with the material not having much give in them but also that they didn't seem to look how they are in the Andrew Christian promo shots. On all the models they seem to have much higher cut sides and an almost pouch like front, you know the sort of thing, a pouch that almost cradles your junk rather than just a material front that presses it inwards (good example being the two piccys in this article especially the one of the guy with the lolly) … but these didn't seem to have one!
All in all though, if you like your briefs to be a bit 'ordinary ' then these briefs are for you … the colour was good and the other colours in the range are superb especially the 'Bubble Gum' and Pacific Lemonade' …. but if you like to 'parade your pants' above your jeans then these aren't for you as they are advertised as a 'Low-rise', so unless your a young guy who wears your jeans around your knees, then these aren't gonna show!
A 'Brief' summary ...
The Vivid FUSE Brief, I have to say are pretty comfortable to wear. I wore these for work and most the time I forgot they were there. Although as they were 100% cotton and not that 'stretchy', every so often I had to rearrange things below. I don't think the side trim running from the waistband to the leg opening helps either as this restricts the stretch way to much. The waistband as it says is 'Super Soft' so a big plus there and the overall construction was A1, no loose threads or nasty stitching. Biggest gripe was that the pouch didn't seem to be as advertised!
Keep a look out for my second review for VOCLA.com, a pair of briefs from the ADDICTED range of underwear.
